  • Analyze candidate data and market trends to inform recruitment decisions and enhance process efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs and align on cultural fit.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally, to engage candidates and internal teams.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve talent acquisition workflows and implement best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate or final-year student with a data-centric academic background (Psicology, Business, Analytics, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience or coursework in recruitment pipeline management, project management, or process optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for making data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills—clear, concise, and persuasive.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn, coachability, and commitment to personal and team growth.
