Production Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support post-signature teams with education-related questions regarding how to use the Orion platform
• Identify, research, and repair orders in Orion that require workarounds
• Identify and communicate trends of user issues in the Orion platform
• Submit tickets to development team and follow tickets through to repair and communicate with stakeholders about progress of ticket

• Eager to learn the Orion technology on a user-level basis (deep and tactical)

• Professional verbal and written communication skills
