As a Payroll Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in making sure our employees are paid accurately and on time. You’ll work closely with the Payroll Supervisor and payroll team to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all things’ payroll. You’ll be trained and supported including but not limited to:
- Prepare compliance and reporting workbooks for review.
- Support state tax registrations and payroll compliance maintenance.
- Assist with payroll processing and reconciliations as needed.
- Document payroll processes and help improve workflows.
- Build and refine Excel reports that drive payroll analysis and accuracy.
- Participate in payroll system testing, projects, and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide payroll support to employees and help resolve issues with accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years (minimum) of Payroll Experience
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, Pivot Tables, and comfort working with large data sets.
- Ability to think analytically and creatively. Seeing beyond the obvious to solve problems in new ways.
- Self-starter who is motivated to take ownership of tasks and grow into independence after training.
- Working knowledge of payroll fundamentals: understanding tax withholdings, FICA, and Medicare, with a willingness to deepen your knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented, but confident in driving your own desk once up to speed.
