Management Accountant

This is a hands-on, high-impact finance position for someone who hasn't done it all before but wants responsibility fast. You’ll own day-to-day finance ops, support leadership with reporting and decision-making and work in a super sharp team to build an increasingly automated, AI-enabled function.

What you’ll do 

Run the finance engine end to end

• Own month-end & produce clean, accurate management accounts
• Give leadership reporting that actually explains the business, not just the numbers
• Keep financial systems tight and trustworthy
• Support audit, compliance and everything that keeps us solid

Build processes that scale

• Tighten AP, payroll, expenses and controls
• Automate aggressively
• Push AI tools wherever they make sense

Drive insight

• Maintain and improve the financial model
• Support forecasting, scenarios, cashflow
• Partner with leadership to inform real decisions

Lead from day one

• Be the first point of contact for all finance questions
• Work across every cost centre
• Represent Finance internally and externally with confidence
