  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking;
  • Screen and evaluate candidates' skills through interviews and assessments;
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales and Customer Success representatives to source developers for specific projects; 
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from initial outreach to CV polishing and onboarding; 
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics in our ATS;
  • Keep up with industry trends and propose improved sourcing and recruitment strategies;
  • Join and take part in creating activities such as educational digests, team retrospectives, and learning workshops.

What we're looking for:

  • Advanced English, both written and spoken;
  • Knowledge of remote hiring best practices; 
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS platforms;
  • Comfortable with evening working hours;
  • Understanding of the software development process, familiarity with the most popular programming languages, and frameworks;
  • Have a natural curiosity about people, business and the world; 
  • Easy to get along with people, enjoy effective and up-to-the-point communication;
  • Proactive and organized — you can juggle several roles without breaking a sweat;
  • Flexible mindset — you’re cool with adjusting scripts and approaches as the market shifts;
  • Clear and healthy communication.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT recruitment or technical support, 1+ years;
  • Prior experience working in a startup environment would be nice;
  • Any IT course certificates. The more, the better.
