- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking;
- Screen and evaluate candidates' skills through interviews and assessments;
- Collaborate effectively with Sales and Customer Success representatives to source developers for specific projects;
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from initial outreach to CV polishing and onboarding;
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics in our ATS;
- Keep up with industry trends and propose improved sourcing and recruitment strategies;
- Join and take part in creating activities such as educational digests, team retrospectives, and learning workshops.
What we're looking for:
- Advanced English, both written and spoken;
- Knowledge of remote hiring best practices;
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS platforms;
- Comfortable with evening working hours;
- Understanding of the software development process, familiarity with the most popular programming languages, and frameworks;
- Have a natural curiosity about people, business and the world;
- Easy to get along with people, enjoy effective and up-to-the-point communication;
- Proactive and organized — you can juggle several roles without breaking a sweat;

Qualifications:
- Experience in IT recruitment or technical support, 1+ years;
- Prior experience working in a startup environment would be nice;
- Any IT course certificates. The more, the better.
