This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in SQL. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and can balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Assist in building, deploying, and maintaining data audit and support tools across multiple databases. 
  • Identify and resolve inconsistencies across firm systems; document findings and create action plans to ensure accuracy and consistency. 
  • Import, model, and analyze raw client data for reporting and decision-making. 
  • Collaborate with end users and departments to ensure data repositories are consistent and reliable. 
  • Develop and update documentation for user flows, data flows, reporting, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 
  • Support account consolidation during client onboarding, including auditing and billing tasks. 
  • Translate user needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities into streamlined processes that improve efficiency and client experience. 
  • Monitor the impact of implemented changes and provide ongoing support to ensure long-term data integrity.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of SQL is required. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); Access and Power BI experience preferred. 
  • Solid understanding of basic programming concepts and data structures. 
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with all levels of management. 
  • High level of initiative; self-starter who thrives in a team environment. 
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality regarding client and firm matters. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 
  • Experience in finance or investment management industries. 
  • Demonstrated ability to take on additional responsibilities and adapt to evolving business needs.
