RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in building, deploying, and maintaining data audit and support tools across multiple databases.
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies across firm systems; document findings and create action plans to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Import, model, and analyze raw client data for reporting and decision-making.
- Collaborate with end users and departments to ensure data repositories are consistent and reliable.
- Develop and update documentation for user flows, data flows, reporting, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support account consolidation during client onboarding, including auditing and billing tasks.
- Translate user needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities into streamlined processes that improve efficiency and client experience.
- Monitor the impact of implemented changes and provide ongoing support to ensure long-term data integrity.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of SQL is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); Access and Power BI experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of basic programming concepts and data structures.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with all levels of management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in finance or investment management industries.
