We’re looking for a People Systems Analyst who’s not only technically skilled but also passionate about creating seamless, human-centered experiences for our employees. You’ll play a key part in supporting and optimizing our People technology ecosystem—ensuring our systems are intuitive, reliable, and reflective of our values.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding People system and process inquiries.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all People systems, including HRIS, ATS, and other tools, ensuring new hire and ongoing employee data is complete and error-free.
- Perform system administration tasks, troubleshooting issues, updating fields, and resolving data discrepancies.
- Create and maintain documentation including process guides, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and system configurations.
- Assist with testing during system updates, configuration changes, or new feature rollouts.
- Run standard reports and assist in building simple dashboards or data extracts to support People team needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting, HR, People Ops, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth process and system execution.
- Identify areas for efficiency and proactively suggest small improvements in workflows or documentation.
What We're Looking For
- You have some experience in an HR, recruiting, operations, systems, or administrative role.
- You have experience working in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
- You enjoy learning new systems and are comfortable using technology to solve problems.
- You go above and beyond to understand user needs, anticipate pain points, and deliver solutions that delight.
- You have high attention to detail and a strong sense of data accuracy and integrity.
- You can work with sensitive data and understand the importance of confidentiality.
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- You’re a collaborative partner who communicates clearly and is eager to learn and grow in the People Systems space.
- You’re a self-starter who’s curious, solutions-focused, and always looking for ways to improve systems and processes.
