Flock Safety is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented IT Systems Administrator (Finance) to join our rapidly evolving IT Applications team. Your focus will be on improving efficiency and effectiveness across the business by resolving issues, optimizing workflows, and supporting key Finance projects within Procurement, Accounts Payable, and all other financial applications.
You’ll be the primary owner of Flock’s Coupa platform, providing frontline support, enhancements, and day-to-day administration, and you’ll also support core financial systems such as Tesorio, NetSuite, Stripe, and Navan. You’ll partner closely with fellow IT system administrators, developers, and our integration team to enhance platform stability, refine the user experience, and improve overall operational performance.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys learning, problem-solving, and contributing to an evolving financial SAAS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Lead Finance Systems Admin to own the Coupa platform and Finance Systems Helpdesk queue, providing technical support, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering user training.
- Lead provisioning, deprovisioning, and lifecycle updates for new and existing users across financial systems.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and system maintenance to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and compliance.
- Build and maintain custom fields, objects, forms, process automators, and approvals.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Procurement on maintaining key financial structures such as the Chart of Accounts, billing strings, payment accounts, and inter-system configuration.
- Monitor, maintain, and enhance integrations between Coupa and NetSuite, including troubleshooting, testing, and supporting data flow improvements.
- Support cross-platform enhancements and process improvements across Stripe, Tesorio, Navan, NetSuite, and other financial systems.
- Stay current on system updates and best practices, proactively recommending improvements to increase efficiency, usability, and stability.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of system configurations, customizations, integrations, and key processes.

The Skillset
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Coupa Administrator, ideally in a fast-paced setting with prior experience supporting internal end users through a high-volume ticketing system.
- Good understanding of Coupa system architecture, data model, and security model.
- Proficient in Coupa configuration, customization, and administration, including but not limited to Approval Chains, Chart of Accounts, CoupaPay, and custom Forms/Process Automators
- Hands-on experience with other financial applications is a plus (Navan, NetSuite, Stripe, Tesorio, Zip)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and support peripheral finance applications; able to learn quickly and support a variety of diverse systems and teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from a variety of disciplines.
