Responsibilities

User Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide responsive support for hardware/software issues (laptops, peripherals, video conferencing, etc.)
  • Manage laptop maintenance and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed
  • Handle password resets and account unlocks across multiple platforms
  • Deliver internal tool training and onboarding materials to ensure team productivity

Documentation & Policy Management

  • Draft, update, and maintain IT policies and how-to documentation
  • Collaborate with People Team, Information Security, and leadership to align on compliance and clarity
  • Maintain a central knowledge base of internal IT practices and processes

Planning & Innovation

  • Contribute to IT roadmapping and long-term technology strategy
  • Research emerging tools and technologies that could improve efficiency or reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on IT-related needs and improvements
  • Experience in an environment with a change management program

IT Operations & Asset Management

  • Manage the company’s IT asset inventory (laptops, peripherals, etc.)
  • Ensure device and operating system compliance across the org
  • Oversee software license usage, procurement, and renewals

Deployment & Automation

  • Lead software deployments across the company in collaboration with the People Team and Information Security
  • Develop and maintain zero-touch deployment workflows and automation
  • Build scalable provisioning systems to manage access control and user lifecycle

Event AV Management 

  • Coordinate shipping, setup, and troubleshooting of IT Equipment for in-person company offsites and summits
  • Manage AV tools and systems (ie. microphones, projectors, video conferencing, etc.) to ensure seamless hybrid experiences
  • Provide on-site or remote support during live events to resolve technical issues quickly
  • Partner with the People Team to anticipate technology needs and create playbooks for recurring events

Qualifications

  • 1 – 3+ years in an IT Support, Systems Admin, or People/service-related role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Mac/Windows operating systems and SaaS tools
  • Experience with device management and automation tools (e.g., Apple Business Manager, Jamf, Kandji)
  • Knowledge of identity and access management, SSO, and endpoint compliance
  • Strong written communication skills; ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation
  • Comfort with cross-functional collaboration and training non-technical audiences
  • Bonus: Experience with scripting or workflow automation tools (e.g., Rippling Workflows, Zapier)
