As a Digital Banking Implementation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering CSI’s digital banking solutions to new and existing customers. You’ll manage implementations for lower-complexity software and smaller clients, including new conversions, cross-sell opportunities, and mergers. This role involves customer data conversion, application configuration, and go-live support to ensure a smooth transition and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation.
- Introduce CSI digital banking solutions and define implementation requirements.
- Conduct data gathering meetings to clarify data movement and application setup.
- Configure applications and lead test review meetings with customer banks.
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure successful go live.
- Stay current on product updates and enhancements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
- General banking/accounting knowledge (preferred).

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, accountable, and eager to learn.
