The Implementation Consultant is responsible for providing expert consultation, training, and post–go-live support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients—or existing clients adopting new products—within Clubessential. This individual partners closely with Project Managers, Implementation Specialists, Education, and Configuration teams to ensure each club is properly configured, thoroughly trained, and positioned to realize the full value of their investment.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Serve as the primary resource for Project Managers throughout the client onboarding process, including product configuration consultation, one-on-one client training, and post–go-live support.
- Execute proactive post–go-live milestones to ensure clients transition smoothly from Implementation to Support.
- Collaborate with Support Staff and Leadership to facilitate a successful handoff, clearly communicating any unique client configurations or potential knowledge gaps.
- Utilize Salesforce for case management, including phone and email support, in alignment with established KPIs and service standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on project objectives and deliverables.
- Partner with Product Managers to communicate client feedback and advocate for feature enhancements.
- Consult with clients on industry best practices, ensuring full adoption and optimal use of the unified Clubessential suite of products.
- Perform configuration and delivery of small add-on projects as needed.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across various product lines.
- Strong background in Project Management combined with a deep understanding of customer support processes.
- Technical proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and patiently during client training.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated success in team collaboration and team development.
- Innovative problem-solver with the ability to think creatively and develop practical solutions.
- Passion for client education, emphasizing best practices and maximizing product capabilities.
- Experience in Hospitality Industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting concepts is helpful when supporting clients using financial and POS systems.
