The HR Recruiter Team Member is responsible for all external communications and outreach to candidates, through LinkedIn and email. They must possess knowledge to navigate Google Suite and LinkedIn appropriately; compose, track, and respond to emails promptly; and understand the interview process. A successful HR Recruiter will be able to connect to people, empathize with them, use active listening, adapt to change, manage time, handle confidential information, and coordinate multiple dates and times. They will possess the abilities of communication, writing, speech, and creative thinking. As a person, they will be empathetic, proactive, confident, self-accountable, and patient.

Knowledge:

  • Working knowledge of Google Suite and LinkedIn
  • Emails (composing, tracking, responding quickly)
  • Basic knowledge of the interviewing process (asking questions/listening)
