We are looking for a HR Operations Coordinator to keep our HR engine running smoothly. This hands-on role is perfect for someone early in their HR career who wants to learn the ropes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Who You Are

  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity, eager to help build processes from the ground up. 
  • Invested in creating a great employee experience and solving problems collaboratively. 
  • Tech-friendly and ready to learn new HR systems and tools. 

What We Need 

  • Handle employee lifecycle events with accuracy and speed (onboarding, offboarding, changes). 
  • Serve as the go-to person for employee questions, resolving or escalating as needed. 
  • Maintain HRIS data and support process improvements as our systems evolve. 
  • Collaborate across IT, Finance, and other teams to keep operations smooth. 
  • Support hiring and recruitment processes, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate communications.
