  • Building systems for automated and AI-driven interactions with customers, the press, and influencers
  • Build and experiment with automation opportunities across the growth funnel, focusing especially on how we turn website visitors into app users and then into activated subscribers. You’ll explore, test, and implement automations that accelerate this journey and uncover scalable ways to drive engagement
  • Spotting gaps and opportunities for automation, sourcing the right tools, and implementing scalable solutions
  • Designing and maintaining data pipelines that connect customer, product, and marketing insights into one flow, producing actionable insights that are shared internally via automated means
  • Running rapid experiments across channels - testing copy, cadence, and creative to improve our communication and engagement
  • Shipping MVP solutions fast, iterating based on feedback, and always prioritising impact over polish
  • Combine automation with personalisation at scale, exploring how tailored experiences drive stronger results than automation alone. You’ll work on projects like intelligent content personalisation, website traffic triaging (by contract volume, ROI potential, or industry), and crafting high-impact, context-aware customer journeys

The Skills You Need To Succeed In This Role

  • 2:1 degree (or better) in a field related to communications, business, or computing/technology - or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools (bonus if you’ve used n8n, Zapier or similar)
  • Strong copywriting and creative content skills
  • Demonstrated curiosity. Side projects, tinkering, or personal automation experiments are very welcome!
  • Experience running or contributing to an engaged marketing channel such as a social media account, newsletter, or blog
  • Web design knowledge (especially Webflow) or Graphic design skills (Photoshop or similar) would be advantageous!
