Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine a sales playbook to educate CXOs on Shopify’s value, collaborating with Solution Engineers, Partners, and other teams.
- Design and implement multi-product pipeline strategies with sales, marketing, and partnerships teams.
- Engage with enterprise retailers to enhance commerce, store operations, and point-of-sale strategies.
- Provide proactive forecasting to set actionable short-term and long-term priorities.
- Build influential relationships with C-level executives in large companies.
- Attract and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of experimentation and consistent performance.
- Support and drive Shopify’s global expansion efforts, leading by example.
- Quickly grasp business and market nuances to enable strategic decision-making and effective sales strategies.
- Focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs with a results-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in creating and scaling sales strategies and playbooks.
- Demonstrated ability to generate multi-product pipelines and drive complex sales evaluations.
- Experience working with companies between $40-250MM in revenue and private equity firms.
- Strong forecasting skills with a track record of achieving ambitious goals.
- Experience influencing C-level executives in large corporations.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Passion for supporting global business aspirations.
- Strong background in retail POS and commerce is advantageous.
