We're looking for a Demo Strategy & Effectiveness Manager to own the end-to-end strategy for product demos at Figma. In this highly visible and collaborative role, you’ll shape how we showcase our platform to customers and prospects. You’ll design, standardize, and enable world-class demo experiences that highlight our business value, solve customer pain points, and help teams see what’s possible with Figma.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
- Design demo experiences by developing engaging scripts and flows for all Figma products, tailoring them to both executives and end users
 - Showcase business value through best-practice executive demos that tie Figma’s capabilities to solving real customer challenges and delivering measurable outcomes
 - Enable end users by crafting practitioner-focused demos for common use cases (e.g., Product Managers creating prototypes in Figma Make), making it easy for anyone to envision Figma in their workflow
 - Stay up-to-date by collaborating with Product Managers to understand and incorporate new features into demo scripts, ensuring demos are always current and relevant
 - Lead enablement sessions by delivering live and recorded demo sessions for Account Executives (AEs) and Solutions Consultants, helping them master new demo flows
 - Train and scale by building training resources and best-practice assets so the field team can confidently demo the latest product capabilities
 - Maintain the demo environment by organizing and standardizing assets to ensure consistency, reliability, and excellence across all demos
 - Partner cross-functionally by working closely with the Advocate and Brand teams to ensure our demos and assets set the bar for the industry and inspire our customers

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience creating compelling demos or enablement programs for SaaS or design-focused products
 - A passion for storytelling and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
 - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a knack for working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
 - A track record of designing and standardizing demo environments or sales enablement assets
 - The ability to lead engaging training sessions, both live and recorded, for a variety of audiences
 - Deep empathy for both customers and field teams—understanding what makes a demo memorable and actionable

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
- Familiarity with Figma (bonus points for hands-on experience as a user or evangelist!)
 - Creativity, organization, and a bias for action
