We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data into company databases, CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and internal tracking systems.
- Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before input.
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper-based records according to established naming and filing conventions.
- Perform routine quality checks and data audits to identify errors or discrepancies.
Cross-reference information from multiple sources to ensure data integrity. - Support team members with data retrieval and reporting requests.
- Assist in preparing regular reports for internal stakeholders and client deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data workflows, processes, and documentation standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
RequirementEducation & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (e.g., Business, Information Management, Healthcare Administration).
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role is highly desirable.
- Experience with healthcare data, CRM systems, or analytics tools is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate and error-free work.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel (including formulas, filters, sorting) and database navigation.
- Typing proficiency with the ability to maintain speed and accuracy.
