The Data Entry Keyer will be responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and updating various types of data into company databases and systems. This position requires a high level of accuracy, speed, and attention to detail to ensure all company information is maintained correctly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately key in data from source documents such as invoices, orders, and project records.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections.
- Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist in preparing data reports and summaries as requested.
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve data discrepancies.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all company and client information.
- Perform other administrative or clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in data entry or administration preferred.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Keyer, Clerk, or similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity when handling confidential information.
