A Data Analyst obtains, adjusts, and validates data imported from other systems into Renaissance products. As such, part of their work involves working directly with customers to obtain the data we need. They must be detail-oriented and able to spot data problems or inconsistencies and determine proper remediations.

In this role as a Data Analyst I, you will:
- Support school districts in the overall data extract and import process into Renaissance products
- Complete manual data setup processes
- Perform quality control checks of data
- Respond to data support cases from customers requesting assistance
- Investigate data quality issues reported by customers
- Clearly communicate with customers providing status updates to reported issues
For this role as a Data Analyst I, you should have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of ETL processes
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving approach
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to collaborate through active engagement with cross-functional Renaissance departments.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technology
