We’re searching for a UK-based Customer Support Specialist to join our Staff Direct team, so that we can provide exceptional support to healthcare organisations using our portal. The Customer Support Specialist will manage customer queries and reporting tasks to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service delivery.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Resolve customer tickets and queries to ensure timely and accurate support.
  • Navigate and maintain our portal to assist customers with tasks such as uploading timesheets.
  • Produce recurring reports for clients to meet compliance and operational needs.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders (e.g., hospital staffing teams) to build strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Success and Implementations to deliver seamless service.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • At least 1 year’s experience in a customer support or call centre role, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Proven success in de-escalating challenging situations and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service best practices; NHS experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work remotely within the UK.
  • Sincere interest in healthcare and improving service delivery.
  • A knack for working proactively and independently within a fast-paced, collaborative team.
