Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer requests, order entry, and product education via phone and email
  • Process credits for returns, damages, and other issues
  • Ensure compliance with hazardous materials and cold chain guidelines
  • Provide timely responses to inquiries and documentation requests
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer needs

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer support experience in an office setting
  • Experience with Phone, Chat, and/or Email communication
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with JD Edwards, Cisco, case management, or Supply Manager
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Medical/pharmaceutical knowledge a plus
  • Team-oriented, detail-focused, and resourceful problem solver
