What You’ll Do:
- Own the records: Maintain organized, accurate, up‑to‑date compliance files (regulatory filings, internal policies) with the right follow‑up documentation regulators expect.
- Support policy rollouts: Help disseminate compliance policies and procedures, coordinate updates with department leaders, and keep a sharp compliance calendar of key deadlines.
- Be an operations ally: Provide administrative support to the Compliance Manager and legal counsel—schedule meetings, prepare correspondence, and build decks and reports for reviews and submissions.
- Drive training logistics: Coordinate company‑wide compliance training sessions, track completions/certifications, and update materials as regulations evolve.
- Keep the data clean: Perform routine data entry and database maintenance; surface discrepancies and trends to the Compliance Manager for resolution.

What You Bring:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Business, Law, Accounting, or related field preferred. Familiarity with pharmacy benefit management (PBM) operations is a plus.
- Experience: 0–2 years in compliance, QA, regulatory, or administrative roles—especially in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries. Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy compliance is valuable.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with document management systems and databases; comfortable learning enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow). Strong typing/data‑entry accuracy (≥98%).
- Core competencies: Exceptional organization and attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, confidentiality, reliability, and a collaborative, “team player” mindset.
