We are seeking a Junior Property Claims Consultant, who will form part of an integral team of experienced Claims professionals, delivering a high quality of service to our customers. You will be confident in assessing the nature and extent of a claim and expert in negotiating the settlement of the claim, providing a seamless end-to-end claims experience for the customer.
You will be surrounded and supported by a high-performing and warm team that will enable you to do your best work, where there is a high degree of integrity to help meet and exceed customer expectations.
About You
You will be a calm, confident and highly competent Claims Consultant that will:

Key Requirements
- Deliver professional and excellent service when processing and negotiating claims, interacting with customers and clients
- Proactively communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes and claim progress to all stakeholders
- Clearly document all decisions made and reasons and have meticulous attention to detail
- Previous experience working in claims management or general insurance
- Educated to Year 12
- Certificate IV in financial Services (General Insurance Tier 1) preferreWilling to undertake further study and training as identified to grow and progress your career
