- The Associate Help Desk Support Technician will serve as the first point of contact for Sanford MyChart patients needing login and technical assistance.
- They will perform password resets and login assistance for all Sanford employees as well as utilize knowledge resources for troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues to next-level support.
- Technicians will identify and suggest possible improvements to patient and employee experience and deliver exceptional customer service to all callers.
- They will engage in on-going training and development (including certification) to prepare them for next-level support and promotional advancement.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Associates’ degree in technology related field strongly preferred.
