You’ll be a key player in keeping our operations sharp and our team connected — whether you're streamlining document workflows, coordinating meetings, or bringing energy to team events and special projects. You’ll build strong relationships across departments and with external partners, handle sensitive information with professionalism, and contribute to a culture that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and a keen sense of team connection. This role will require periodic travel into the Atlanta office in Sandy Springs.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares agendas and tracks follow-up actions for team and client meetings. Organizes and maintains digital and physical files to ensure accessibility, accuracy, and version control
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members, managing calendar changes to minimize disruptions
  • Supports communication between departmental staff and other teams. Drafts, proofreads, and manages internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports. Manages planning, execution, and follow-up for all meetings
  • Handles basic administrative functions and special projects to achieve departmental goals. Fosters relationships with internal and external customers and vendors
  • Creates and edits documents, spreadsheets, and presentations with minimal errors. Assists with travel coordination and expense reports
  • Handles sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • Organizes team events, offsites, and client visits, including logistics and catering
  • Identifies and implements improvements to administrative workflows and tools

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to maintain highly organized electronic work environments with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to filter and appropriately share business information with leaders, and summarize key information for team use
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities as demonstrated by the ability to manage assigned tasks and follow up in a timely manner
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
  • Familiarity with AI
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies
  • Demonstrates Emotional Intelligence, including consistently maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor
  • Ability to plan and execute meetings, and assist with conferences, and events

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Basic knowledge of HR and finance processes
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams

Experience:

  • 1 year in an administrative role
  • Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • 1 year experience with Microsoft Suite
  • 1 year experience with AI

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting senior level leaders

Required Training, Certification and Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Training, Certification and Education:

  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
