An Account Coordinator is responsible for working with the account management team to continually support and build a long-term relationship with one of our largest clients. The Account Coordinator will support the Account Director in the day-to-day management of the account to ensure that service is delivered to the standards required by both Anuvu and the customer.

Remote Options: This role will be a remote position working from your home office.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide our clients with the best customer experience in the industry
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs, objectives and SLA's.
- Manage day-to-day service delivery in partnership with the Content Curation and Content Operations teams.
- Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
- Exemplify the company core values and behaviors.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an account management or customer service oriented supporting role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders.
- Experience with MS Excel data analysis tools preferred but not required
- Experience with MS Suite of tools preferred but not required
- Design thinking and some design tool experience preferred but not required
- AI and emerging technologies - Not essential, though the ideal candidate demonstrates curiosity (but not reliance) in tools like Large Language Models (e.g., ChatGPT) and can swiftly adapt to new innovations for workflow improvements.
